1) Nature of Competitions
- Zishes hosts only games of skill. Chance or lottery-style competitions are prohibited.
- Winners are determined by performance on skill-based leaderboards using time, accuracy, score, or other defined metrics.
- Tournament participation may require platform-based credits, charges, or balances such as Tournament Meter Charge, where clearly displayed in the app.
- Platform credits, charges, or balances are used only within the Zishes platform and are not redeemable for cash.
2) Entry Conditions
- Entrants must be 18+ or the local age of majority.
- Each competition has clearly stated prize details, required entries or game plays, entry cost, and closing conditions.
- Entry is only confirmed once the required Tournament Meter Charge, credit deduction, or payment is successful and acknowledged by the system.
- Entries are final once used for gameplay. Refunds are only provided where stated in these Guidelines, required by law, or where a tournament is cancelled or closed without a winner.
3) Competition Setup by Sellers
- Sellers must specify prize details, retail value, number of required entries or game plays, entry cost, competition start/end dates, and delivery conditions.
- Once a competition is live, changes to entry fees or prize value are not permitted unless required for legal, technical, or platform integrity reasons.
- Tournament end dates, entry requirements, and extension rules must be clearly disclosed to entrants before entry.
- Sellers must guarantee authenticity of prizes and comply with Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy.
4) Leaderboards & Scoring
- Scoring rules are published in each competition listing, including whether the result is based on fastest completion time, highest score, accuracy, or another defined skill metric.
- Users may play multiple times where permitted. The best valid score or time is used for leaderboard ranking.
- Tie-breakers may be applied as disclosed in the competition listing, such as earliest valid score achieved or another secondary metric.
- Zishes may audit, review, or void suspicious results under the Fair Play Policy.
- Winners are confirmed only after score validation, anti-cheat checks, and any required identity or eligibility verification.
5) Prize Delivery
- Sellers are responsible for shipping or delivering the prize to the Winner within the stated timeframe.
- For international deliveries, Winners may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges, unless stated otherwise.
- Sellers may be required to provide tracking details, invoices, and authenticity certificates where applicable.
- Failed deliveries are managed under the Failed Delivery Policy.
6) Closing Dates & Extensions
- Each tournament has a clear end condition. It may end when the required entries or game plays are completed, or when the timer runs out.
- If the required entries are completed before the timer ends, the tournament may close and proceed to winner validation.
- If the required entries are not completed before the timer runs out, the tournament may be extended once only, up to a maximum of 90 days from the last end date.
- If the tournament is still not completed after the allowed extension, the tournament will close, the Tournament Meter Charge will be returned to entrants, and no prize will be awarded.
- Zishes may close, pause, or void competitions early in cases of fraud, technical failure, operational issues, or legal obligations.
7) Disqualification
- Entries violating the Fair Play Policy may be disqualified without refund.
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, manipulating gameplay, using automated tools, fake accounts, multi-accounting, or misrepresentation may result in removal from the tournament.
- Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension, permanent bans, and forfeiture of prizes.
8) Disputes & Appeals
- Disputes regarding results must be raised within 7 days of the competition closing.
- Appeals may be submitted with evidence such as screenshots, recordings, transaction records, or courier documents.
- Zishes will review disputes fairly using available gameplay, leaderboard, payment, and platform records.
- Zishes’ decision after review is final and binding.
9) Legal Compliance
Competitions must comply with all applicable consumer protection, gaming, prize promotion, and e-commerce laws in relevant jurisdictions. Zishes may suspend, modify, cancel, or void competitions if required by law, platform rules, or operational risk controls.
10) Platform Notices
- Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any tournaments or contests offered within Zishes.
